Consistent CC license by default

Titleback.tex/TitlebackPhD.tex use CC BY-SA in the text, but the icons, links, and the long description are only CC-BY. This PR adds the SA icon and makes the textual representation consistent to the short name of the license.

According to TUprints, BY and BY-SA are open access compliant, but BY is the default for them, which is a bit contradictory to the template, but with all icons being in the repo, adjusting will be easier. And picking the "right" license is an individual choice anyway.
